Micro Gainz Blue 2.5LB Dumbbell Fractional Weight Plates

Stellar product! Easy to use. Works well. I formerly had magnetic type of micro add-on weights.....but those don't work with the rubber-coated dumbbells that are so prevalent at most gyms. These MicroGainz work well. Highly recommend.

Works well. Stays stably on a hand weight. Great for adding 5 lb increments in a 10 lb increment hand weight set.

If you are reading this you are probably like me , you work out in a home gym and use dumbbells . When we train for strength or size gains we KNOW you have to keep adding weights to the bar . Now that's easy for the barbell lifts to add some incremental plates even to add as little as one pound to the lift . Well it is also very important to apply that same incremental increase to your dumbbell exercises as well . If you are currently performing DB incline curls with 25 pounds but find the jump to 30 pounds drops your reps down too much ,then instead throw on two 1 1/4 Micro Gains plates to each dumbbell and now you are doing 27 1/2 lb DB curls . Since I received them I have used them on every dumbbell exercise I do . I bought 2 sets of of 1 1/4 lbs and 2 sets of 2 12 lbs and I am glad I purchased them . Very easy to use .
